Job Description

  • Leadership for managing overall sales activities as the assigned region in Egypt, focus on achieving sales revenue and market share targets by developing and executing business plans, ensuring effective coverage of assigned region and grow partnerships with key customers & dealer networks

  • Analyze sales statistics gathered to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers

  • Monitors category and product performance versus targets at the customer, evaluates the impact of strategic and tactical initiatives, and takes corrective action, as needed, to insure achievement of business goals.

  • Manage sales team under supervision .To direct the Sales team and establish sales targets brand wise, pack wise as per business plan in breaking the same geographically, monthly, weekly & daily targets. Establish coverage, distribution and display objectives to meet sales targets.

  • To plan and implement local sales promotion in consultation with marketing.

  • To analyze stock movement/availability & developing long term pricing strategy to maximize variable margin through product/ territory/ pack mix decisions.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years sales experience ,preferably proven experience.

  • Sales experience in an FMCG companies of repute is a preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to set clear expectations and communicate effectively

  • Proven track record of success in sales environment ,strong planning and organizational skills

  • Result oriented, self driven , a clear focus on high quality and business and Strong negotiation

  • High Customer orientation: recognition and credibility with the customer as a trusted, collaborative and productive .

  • Understands what it takes to win in the market place.

  • High Financial Aptitude: possesses strong business acumen; numbers-driven

  • Flexible to travel up to the assigned region

  • Detail-oriented: holds others accountable for commitments.

  • Bachelor degree of business administration or any relevant fields.
