Job Description
Main Duties:
- Assisting with the day to day management of export multi modal bookings, including documentation, customs entries, releases & deliveries and invoicing.
- Working closely with customers, colleagues and third parties to ensure smooth operations and complying with deadlines.
- Follow up payment settlement with customers and agents.
- Open a file for each client operation and maintain needed documents in it.
- Communicate with shipping lines or forwarding agencies
- Ensure customer has received copy of necessary documentation for approval.
- Shipment Plan analysis.
Job Requirements
- Have not less than 2 years in the same filed.
- Experience in Fertilizers and export is preferred.
- Working knowledge and understanding of customs clearance.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Ability to communicate by English language is MUST.
- Working under pressure.
