Job Description
Main Duties:
- Manages the activities of Supply Chain functions, including purchasing, inventory management, distribution, printing, and patient chargeable equipment usage.
Performs duties of staff pharmacist as needed. - Responsible for personnel management of Pharmacy and Materials Management personnel.
- Directs preparation of Quarterly Operating Reports (QOR) for supply chain services.
- Directs financial management of Supply Chain Services.
Directs Pharmacy wide product evaluation and standardization activities.
Performs other duties as required or assigned. - Manage all human resources requirements, recruiting, evaluation, retaining & satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of Pharmacy based experience and a minimum of 1 year of Managerial experience.
- Minimum age 35+
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy. Preferred advance degree (MBA, Pharm D, MS).
- Must have computer skills and guest relations skills. Must be able to work in a diversified position and able to work independently. Must be able to effectively communicate both professionally and administratively.
- Supply Chain diploma is a plus
