About the Job

Main Duties:

  • Manages the activities of Supply Chain functions, including purchasing, inventory management, distribution, printing, and patient chargeable equipment usage.
    Performs duties of staff pharmacist as needed.
  • Responsible for personnel management of Pharmacy and Materials Management personnel.
  • Directs preparation of Quarterly Operating Reports (QOR) for supply chain services.
  • Directs financial management of Supply Chain Services.
    Directs Pharmacy wide product evaluation and standardization activities.
    Performs other duties as required or assigned.
  • Manage all human resources requirements, recruiting, evaluation, retaining & satisfaction.
Job Requirements
  • At least 5 years of Pharmacy based experience and a minimum of 1 year of Managerial experience.
  • Minimum age 35+
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy. Preferred advance degree (MBA, Pharm D, MS).
  • Must have computer skills and guest relations skills. Must be able to work in a diversified position and able to work independently. Must be able to effectively communicate both professionally and administratively.
  • Supply Chain diploma is a plus
