Job Description
- Define detailed business functional requirements.
- Lead business requirements and needs assessment through interviews with business owners and functional users.
- Prepare and communicate fit/gap analysis based on requirements gathering.
- Identify alternatives to solve business problems and make recommendations based on available resources, economic and time criteria.
- Implement ERP solutions.Train client's users.
- Communicates with the software developers to report bugs or requested new features
- Test functionality of newly added feature or fixed bugs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field required
- Understanding of Financial & Accounting processes
- Experience with developing GAP analyses between business processes and Software Applications.
- Ability to work under pressure, and deliver on time
- Team player with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
