Job Description
A head for a new international British school in Alexandria is needed. School is reputable, licensed, already accepting students and will start this scholastic year 2018/2019.
Duties:
- To manage all categories of school support staff, teaching assistants, site agent and cleaners (and kitchen staff if appropriate), administrative and clerical staff, curriculum support staff
- Ensure that all school support staff have an annual performance review in Accordance with the policies of the school.
- Prepare budget plans, monitor income and expenditure
- work with the schools’ personnel and payroll providers.
Job Requirements
- Candid must have at least 2 years experience in a similar position and has educational leadership background.
- English fluency is a must.
