Job Description
The applicant will be handling all the work related to our 'NZ' furniture showroom, she will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Handle all the meetings and reminders of the CEO
- Meet and greet all walk-in clients
- Introduce our services and thoroughly explain our products and custom designed furniture and manage to initiate orders (furniture) and follow them through
- Answer our showroom phone and coordinate accordingly
- Handle the workers/workshops follow up in processing the order
- Be able to deliver the furniture order on time to the client
- Packaging and transporting to the clients
- Storage handling for our products
- Handle all our emails
- Handle all our press releases
- Follow up on the leads from our Social Media channels
Job Requirements
- Female age 28-45 is preferable
- Good appearance/presentable
- Perfect written and spoken English
- Hardworking
- Patient and eloquent
- Customer service oriented
- Organized and Very FOCUSED
- Can work long hours
