Job Description
- Develop marketing and branding strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Develop sales programs to support and achieve sales objectives alongside sales team.
- Manage Social media and online marketing.
- Lead R&D process to develop & enhance both Current & New Products.
- Establish & manage Trade Marketing Function.
- Lead & Develop pricing & distribution strategies in line with company objectives.
- Analyze market trends and decide recommended changes based on analysis and marketing feedback
- Oversee creation, designing & execution of all communication for both ATL & BTL tools.
- Prepare and adhere to the Marketing budget
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- MBA is a must
- 10+ years’ experience in Marketing
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proven success in writing professional online or other marketing copy.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships
- Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
- Proactive and highly organized, with strong time management and planning skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
