Job Description

This post mainly involves acting as a coordinator for the Sales sector. Such as:

  • Entering the activities of the sales department
  • Direct Contact with clients and following up with them
  • Creating a template for documents
  • Data entry of contracts and offers related to the firm's activities
  • Verification of documentation
  • Scanning documents
  • Arranging hard copies be submitted to clients
  • Managing documents formed

Marketing duties related to Social Media and exhibitions.
