Job Description
- Need to conceptualize the road map for English development through the upcoming levels.
- Keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to your job.
- Developing Objectives and Strategies.
- Developing the language aptitude for the students as they navigate through the various levels.
- Resolving Conflicts where they arise and Negotiating with Others -- Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with other.
- Monitoring students' performance, attendance and activities.
- Delivering placement tests if and where required.
Job Requirements
- English Departments graduates of Arts, Alsun Faculties...etc.
- One of the following certificates: CELTA - FELTA - TESL - TEFL - TOEFL - IELTS - TOT - TKT is preferred as Priority.
- Excellent command of the English Language.
