Job Description
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes, in particular: Office/parking space management, HSSE, Purchasing, facility management (building, office, space, transportation & events), and governmental relations.
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
- Communicate to staff and management proper and timely information regarding admin policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
- Monitor administrative costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
- Oversee facility management services, maintenance activities and professionals (e.g. electricians, plumbers, housekeepers, etc).
- Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
- Ensure operations adherence to policies and regulations.
- Support the recruitment and training personnel in allocating office space and work tools.
- Evaluate subordinate staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to improve their productivity and performance.
- Purchase the needed IT tools (hardware – software – tools) after getting the price offers and any other purchase requests from different departments.
- Supports the team members with his relations with the governmental sector when needed.
- Act as the key person with the HQ building management and the security team.
- Ensure company and staff compliance with health and safety practices and regulations.
Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor degree, preferably in fields related to business or engineering
Experience:
3 – 5 Years of experience
Computer Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point).Is A must.
Language:
Excellent/Fluent Command of spoken and written English and Arabic languages is A must (Other than that the application will not be considered)
Technical skills/Tools:
- Planning and organizing

- Technical training in one or more of facility management activities
