Job Description
- Check the daily income.
- Review the Attendance of all staff.
- Check the cleanliness of the Branch.
- Provide a warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere for both employees and customers.
- Achieve sales target and projected profit with coordination with the team.
- Operate the branch in line with company procedures and policies.
- Make Sure that all employees are in accordance with the schedule.
- Perform any other duties related to the work assigned by the direct manager.
- Communicate personally with customers and resolve their complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Make sure that all the equipment is working properly and to take the necessary action in case of any abnormal.
- Make sure that employees do not leave their Departments during the work without permission and approval from their boss.
- Ensures the branch is opened and closed on a timely basis.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should be 28 years old or above.
- Minimum 5 years of management experience.
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Good knowledge in Business Management.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to develop & maintain relations with customers.
