Job Description

  • Check the daily income.
  • Review the Attendance of all staff.
  • Check the cleanliness of the Branch.
  • Provide a warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere for both employees and customers.
  • Achieve sales target and projected profit with coordination with the team.
  • Operate the branch in line with company procedures and policies.
  • Make Sure that all employees are in accordance with the schedule.
  • Perform any other duties related to the work assigned by the direct manager.
  • Communicate personally with customers and resolve their complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Make sure that all the equipment is working properly and to take the necessary action in case of any abnormal.
  • Make sure that employees do not leave their Departments during the work without permission and approval from their boss.
  • Ensures the branch is opened and closed on a timely basis.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should be 28 years old or above.
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience.
  • Bachelor degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Good knowledge in Business Management.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to develop & maintain relations with customers.
