Job Description
- Searching for reliable vendors or suppliers to provide quality goods at reasonable prices
- Negotiating prices and contracts and follow the renewals
- Reviewing technical specifications for materials and its requirements
- Determining quantity, packaging instructions and timing of deliveries with the warehouse
- Creating the purchase orders and follow the purchasing cycles
- Keeping the purchasing records and files
- To make the periodic reports on time and report the department issues immediately
- To keep in contact with the vendors and build a long-term relationship
- To follow the importing process
Job Requirements
- Proper Education certificate
- Very good command in English
- Very good communication skills over the different communication means
- Well organized with presentation skills
- Good negotiation and math skills
- Very good knowledge with MS Office package
- Experience with ERP system and MS Dynamics is preferable
