Job Description

  • As a sales representative, you are challenged daily to engage with small and medium sized business owners from all over the middle east countries and educate them about how Expand Cart e-commerce platform will help them run and grow their business.
  • You need to understand potential customers’ needs and pain points, as you will be their expert on the best solutions to grow their business.
  • You are driving the entire sales cycle from start to finish, focusing on lead generation and prospect outreach, all while connecting merchants with the e-commerce solution that enables them to take that next step.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business and reach out to create interest
  • Generate new leads
  • Contact potential clients who already shown interest by registering on our free trial to show them the value
  • Prospect new business for Expand Cart E-commerce solutions
  • Educate customers on the value of the Expand Cart solutions
  • Ask qualifying questions and position Expand Cart solutions that best fit customer needs
  • Use sales CRM to ensure direction in the sales cycle
  • Follow up with merchants to further educate and solidify their business plans
  • Attend product training classes to sharpen industry knowledge
  • Cultivate solid relationships and drive customer satisfaction
  • Work with support team to create and manage excellent customer experiences

Job Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • 2+ years of experience within selling software solutions “B2B” and lead generation environment
  • A sense of adventure and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Energy and a wicked work ethic - Sales is a 24/7/365 operation
  • A lot of brains as well as a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Self-discipline and the ability to stay focused amongst the chaos
  • A passion for talking to people, understanding their unique business needs, and showing them how to 10X their business
  • A love for trying new things, iterating and then diving in again - all at a super-fast pace
  • Work is performed in a fun, casual office environment.
  • Must be able to work alternate shifts, occasional weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to work within a team environment and possess strong peer relationships
