Job Description
- Responsible for indoor and outdoor sales,
- Secure new customers who have not previously used our services,
- Retain existing client to increase volume and sales revenue,
- Prepare and conduct customer visits, calls presentations, negotiation & contracts,
- Have continued engagement with customers to maintain close relationships and ensure ongoing success with accounts,
- Organize, update and keep records of customer information
- Meet and exceed all sales KPIs as directed by the sales and marketing organization
- Conduct negotiations with the customer and pricing department to reach agreeable rates
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, preferred in logistics and supply chain.
- Freight Forwarding experience is a must.
- 3-7 years of experience.
- Excellent command of English (written & spoken).
- Strong Computer skills.
- To be well aware of the local market.
- Air freight & sea freight operational background.
- Hard worker and under stress working capability.
