Job Description
- Responsible for all indirect sales activities
- Managing a sales team of indirect sales agents
- Responsible for maximizing business possibilities with brokers
- Responsible for all activities that involve any brokers or brokers' agreements
- Communicate with clear instructions to team members and develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture with the broker companies and set clear goals for each company
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Real Estate
- Broker sales experience is a plus
- Min. 3 years handling brokers
- Min. 3 years managing a sales team
- Very good English language
- Computer proficient
