Cloud Computing Expert who has deep experience to handle the below:

Network, software, and organization growth, and vertical and horizontal scalability, and manage increased demand.
The candidate must have the necessary experience (Theoretical and Practical) to increase the ability of the software to accommodate larger loads by adding resources either making hardware stronger (scale up) or adding additional nodes (scale out).
