Job Description
- Make sure that all input / output data are correctly introduced / extracted in/from the SAP systems.
- Provide first line of support for SAP.
- Provide SAP training for new incomers and when needed.
- Take part in the new developments, as key user: testing, reporting errors to external consultants, informing employees on the new functionalities.
- Provide needed knowledge-sharing presentations when needed.
- Record problems/incidents and issues on a ticketing system and follow up till solving.
- Provide simple configurations to solve repeated problems.
- Provides feedback to PM on project management processes.
- Write documentation on processes for all employees.
- Analyze and understand of business and functional requests from SAP point of view, to support implementing and (re)defining Business processes.
- Maintain configuration Master Data.
- Consistently update training manual and assure its compliance with business procedures.
- Provide clear, detailed, and high quality written documentation of SAP software problems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Very Good command in English.
- Understanding of SAP methodology and how they contribute in SAP.
