We are looking for a trainer to join us for 6 Months, to deliver technical training courses provided by IBM company

- First 3 month would be probation period & please consider that the project might extent more than 6 month

Prepare training material (Training Manuals, presentations, worksheets etc.)
Plan and direct classroom training, electronic learning, multimedia programs, and other computer-aided instructional technologies, simulators, conferences and workshops.
Administers written and practical exams and writes performance reports to evaluate trainees' performance
Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
Maintain quality service by setting up and enforcing organization standards

Excellent presentation skills and the ability to simplify information and transfer it to the trainees
Quick learning, creativity and coaching skills.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any related field
Proficiency at Cloud App Development,Business Process Developer,Artificial intelligence & Business Intelligence Analyst is a must
Excellent ability to develop and understand the technical Taraining
Excellent verbal and written communication
Minimum 2 year work experience as a Trainer
TOT/PCT Holder is preferred
Fluency in English & Arabic written as well as verbal
Attention to detail
Good interpersonal skills and organizational skills
Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software
