Job Description
- Searching for the required items as per required manufacturer and select the most suitable suppliers.
- Negotiate with supplier lead-time, cost and quality, technical requirements, Preparing Material and Sample Submittals, Preparing Commercial and Technical Comparisons.
- Executing all purchasing activities as planned.
- Maintain good contact with vendors to ensure that deliveries are made on time. Ensure the availability of materials for future requirements.
- Following and implementing the internal procedures for registering new suppliers and continuous effort searching for new suppliers.
- Support in logistic work when needed
- Cooperate with other departments to follow the new designed parts for purchasing.
- Other tasks by Manager
Job Requirements
- Electrical Engineering Major
- One or 2 year Maximum in Purchasing & procurement
- Electrical purchasing experience s preferred
- Knowledge about Low voltage switch gears Industry is preferred
- English speaking & writing is fair capable to communicate with foreign managers
