Job Description

  • Use programming skills and languages, such as SQL, to rewrite programs and applications.
  • Have experience in standard files ( EDI, HTML and xml ).
  • Manage multiple tasks at once, and maintain information on the best ways to use various technical programs.
  • Use analytical abilities and problem-solving skills to spot potential problems in applications and programs and resolve them.
  • Use verbal and written communication skills to advice staff members on the best ways to use various technology programs and apps.
  • Have strong attention to detail to spot potential technical problems and find ways to increase company productivity.
  • Use information from 1st L. / customers to diagnose tech issues and walk customers through the steps needed to fix various problems.
