Job Description

  • Maintaining the restaurant's revenue, profitability and quality goals.
  • You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
  • Overseeing of food preparation, checking the quality and size of the servings, the organizing of stock, ordering food and drink supplies, maintaining equipment as well as adhering to health and safety precautions.
