Job Description
- Handling Haj & Omra Reservations, Ticketing & Transportation
- Liaising with clients in person, over the phone or via email to discuss their Haj & Omra.
- Making and confirming bookings, often via a Global Distribution System (computerized central reservation system).
- Researching destinations and keeping up to date with travel industry news.
- Responsible for handling customer inquiries, converting inquiries into sales.
- Ensure payments of his/her online/offline bookings and any other associated costs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Fluent English
- Excellent Presentation and Communication skills
- Excellent Computer Skills
