Job Description
- Review the tasks of contracting, loading and mapping team daily
- Support the contracting team in all aspect from the contracting aspect up to the online system
- Look after the quality of contracting team assigned to him/her
- Monitor to ensure the contracts are properly and accurately uploaded by the loading team
- Provide training to new employees for contracting aspect and online system
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Supervisor or the Manager
Job Requirements
- Fluent English, (other language is plus)
- Excellent communication and written skills in English language
- Multi-tasking and time management skills
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office in particular)
- Excellent Problem-solving skills
- Excellent Negotiating skills
