Job Description
- The ability to study and analyze the given requirements and master the related domain knowledge.
- Responsible of setting the architecture and design that fit the client requirements and business need.
- Responsible of selecting the proper technology platforms to implement the agreed design.
- Responsible of client facing acting the main point of contact between the team and the client.
- Plan the tasks assignment with his seniors
- Provide technical mentoring for his team
- Optimizing the implementation and the performance of the team assigned tasks.
- Maintaining source control repositories.
- Responsible for the quality of team deliverables.
- Responsible of the team continuous learning and exposure to new technologies.
- Develop and maintain the team training plan with the direct manager.
- Responsible for the team overall performance and conduct performance evaluation for the team members.
- Design & Develop solutions and create new innovations for other teams
- Very strong agile knowledge, sprint planning and KPIs
- Aware of future activities & plan knowledge transfer around it.
Job Requirements
- Min. of 7 years of relevant experience
- Excellent command of Design Patterns, Logical thinking and problems solving technique
- Experience of different 6 platforms from the below platforms with skill level as follows:
- Expert with at least 1 platform.
- Has worked extensively and can train others with 2 platforms and has experience with other platforms
- Java SE, Java EE - Servlets & JSP, Java EE - Struts, Java EE - Java Server Faces (JSF), Java EE - Enterprise JavaBeans
- (EJB) Spring MVC, Application Development Framework (ADF), Angular JS
- GWT experience is preferred.
- Scrum knowledge is an asset.
