Job Description

  • Keep inventory management of all Nana hardware and software licenses.
  • Purchase of hardware needed and software licenses needed as per the policy.
  • Onboarding and offboarding colleagues by providing hardware needed as per policy and software access according to their Job Title and policy.
  • Hardware maintenance and software troubleshooting.
  • Office network management and security.
  • Protecting company laptops from security threats by installing virus protection systems and security software and measures while also maintaining company data from theft or hacking.
  • Maintain access to cloud services for colleagues based on policy.
  • Maintain and update company hardware and software policy as needed.

Job Requirements

  • 4 years+ as IT specialist in other companies.
  • Managed the network of a 300+ colleagues company before.
  • Strong technical understanding of hardware and software.
  • Ability to improve processes and automate them.
  • Networking knowledge, certificates are a plus.
  • Documentation and reporting skills.
