- Keep inventory management of all Nana hardware and software licenses.
- Purchase of hardware needed and software licenses needed as per the policy.
- Onboarding and offboarding colleagues by providing hardware needed as per policy and software access according to their Job Title and policy.
- Hardware maintenance and software troubleshooting.
- Office network management and security.
- Protecting company laptops from security threats by installing virus protection systems and security software and measures while also maintaining company data from theft or hacking.
- Maintain access to cloud services for colleagues based on policy.
- Maintain and update company hardware and software policy as needed.
Job Requirements
- 4 years+ as IT specialist in other companies.
- Managed the network of a 300+ colleagues company before.
- Strong technical understanding of hardware and software.
- Ability to improve processes and automate them.
- Networking knowledge, certificates are a plus.
- Documentation and reporting skills.
