Job Description

We're changing how group transportation in developing countries is done and you will be a big part of it. You need to be passionate about technology, optimization and directly touching people's lives on a daily basis.

Our consumer platform is launching in July 2018 offering cashless payment for public transportation and demand responsive bus routes. We already have a b2b platform working with schools.

Your responsibilities:

  • Launch - project manage expansion of our drivers reach to thousands.
  • Analytics - utilize data to understand driver and rider behavior and areas for improvement in our process and communication.
  • Execute - scalable processes that will ensure we can grow and launch at super speed.
  • Develop & Optimize Processes - Take big picture ideas and break them into actionable steps with progressive timelines for completion.
  • Product Improvement - Diligently search for features which could improve a seamless driver-rider experience.

Job Requirements

Experience

  • University degree (preferred engineering specialization).
  • 5+ years of experience in operations.
  • Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles and practices preferred.
  • Experience in e-payments space is a plus.
  • Knowledge of human resource principles and practices preferred.
  • Previous people management experience.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • English proficiency.
