Job Description
- Answer telephone in an appropriate manner, screen and direct calls, provide information to callers, take and
relay messages. - Meet and greet clients & visitors entering the office and direct them to their respective destinations.
- Handle requests for booking meeting rooms and maintain needed documentation.
- Deal with queries from the general public and from customers and direct them as appropriate.
- Receive and sort mails and deliveries
- Tidy up and maintain the reception area appropriately.
- Responsible for maintaining the filing system for all confidential documents of the company.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support (typing, filing, presentations, etc.) to GET staff.
- Handle courier distribution and act as the primary contact person for courier companies.
- Responsible for maintaining stationery stocks and providing to employees / visitors upon request.
- Responsible for meeting room bookings and meeting arrangements
- Provide assistance to the Executive Assistants as needed.
- Charge consultants mobile phone.
- Other duties as assigned by HC & Admin Supervisor.
