About the Job
  • Answer telephone in an appropriate manner, screen and direct calls, provide information to callers, take and
    relay messages.
  • Meet and greet clients & visitors entering the office and direct them to their respective destinations.
  • Handle requests for booking meeting rooms and maintain needed documentation.
  • Deal with queries from the general public and from customers and direct them as appropriate.
  • Receive and sort mails and deliveries
  • Tidy up and maintain the reception area appropriately.
  • Responsible for maintaining the filing system for all confidential documents of the company.
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support (typing, filing, presentations, etc.) to GET staff.
  • Handle courier distribution and act as the primary contact person for courier companies.
  • Responsible for maintaining stationery stocks and providing to employees / visitors upon request.
  • Responsible for meeting room bookings and meeting arrangements
  • Provide assistance to the Executive Assistants as needed.
  • Charge consultants mobile phone.
  • Other duties as assigned by HC & Admin Supervisor.
