Job Description
- Follows all relevant Marketing policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Implements the day-to-day operations assigned for the position to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.
- Compiles proposals, market research, competitor intelligence and conducts basic analysis of the data to present updates on the marketplace and identify opportunities for growth.
- Assists in the preparation of business, promotional, and communication plans for a product in his/her country under specific guidelines so that the company is aware of anticipated performance.
- Monitors and reports on product and sales team performance so that the effectiveness of product lines and planned executions can be assessed and changes to the product mix can be recommended.
- Coordinates the planning, logistics, and development of products, as directed to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective marketing campaigns and promotional events.
- Develops training material for the sales team to increase their product knowledge and awareness.
- Challenges the annual budget developed by the sales team based on IMS reports to ensure that the budget reflects the product’s expected growth.
- Complies with all relevant safety, quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
Job Requirements
- B.A. degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
- 4 - 7 years of related experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company
