Job Description
- Execute new and existing brand strategies in email, web and print.
- Develop and maintain clear brand guidelines and ensure all creative deliverables have a consistent look and feel that is brand appropriate.
- Problem-solve and take design feedback from internal stakeholders while maintaining a creative point of view and consistency.
- Manage, plan and work with the team to execute all creative projects including daily emails, site banners, digital ads, posters, flyers and various print collateral.
- Partner with the Art Director to translate project requests into conceptual ideas and execute a winning creative direction.
- Manage creative updates on website including homepage placements, marketing banners, products, widgets and any new pages, updates or features.
- Execute all mobile site creative updates and changes including updating site with new imagery and creating wireframes for agency to follow for any new pages, updates or optimizations.
- Work closely with the Art Director on printed pieces to develop design concepts and execute layouts.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job.
- Estimating the time required to complete a job and providing quotes for clients.
- Developing design briefs that suit the client's purpose.
- Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design.
- Using innovation to redefine a design brief within time and cost constraints.
- Presenting finalised ideas and concepts to clients or account managers.
- Working with a range of media, including computer-aided design (CAD), and keeping up to date with emerging technologies.
- Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work.
- Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches and working on layouts ready for print.
- Commissioning illustrators and photographers.
- Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists.

Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art required or related field.
Nice to have :
- Experience on agency side is a plus.
