Job Description
- Assists the tender team during the tender phase (liaises with the customer/client , calculations for manpower , requirements tools , …etc).
- Represents the project to customer on the basis of the contract.
- Implements the specified project management system.
- Leads the project team to achieve the defined project goals.
- Establishes the project organization and agrees the roles and responsibilities for the perfection with the line manager.
- Draws up and updated the project plan including plan the following:
- Procurement Plan.
- Shop drawings plan.
- Time Schedule plan.
- Invoice/Cost plan.
- Follows up and coordinator with procurement team for all phase (submittal, approval, MR, PO, delivered , invoicing ) according to the project plan and take all necessary corrective action for fulfilled the project plan.
- Follows up and coordinates with technical/Engineering team for all phases (submittal, approval, as built…etc.)
- Issues the regular project reporting to show the project status, work progress, constrains,…etc).
- Prepares and hold project status meetings (internal & external with customer /clients).
- Follows up the work progress in the site to be sure it is matched with the set project plan.
- Follows up and coordinates with commercial and cost control for issued the progress up to receiving the payment.
- Changes orders/claim managements submissions with claim manager.
- Monitors the ongoing risk & opportunity management during all project phases.
- Fulfills & monitors the HSE requirements with HSE officer.
- Reviews & coordinates with CC Officer for issued monthly CC report for issued monthly CC report and compares with budget costs and takes the corrective action for cover any extra cost.
- Closes projects & project handover.
Job Requirements
Education:
- BSc Of Engineering Mechanical / Electrical Major.
Experience:
- 10-15 years hands-on experience in MEP Project.
Language Skills:
- Very Good in command speak & written in English Language.
Computer Skills:
- Professional User for Microsoft Office.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Effective Project Management Skills.
- Effective Negotiations & Time management Skills.
- Effective Planning & Follow up skills.
- Effective Communications & Leadership skills
