Job Summary/Role:
- Approaching clients with the optimum message to introduce company's Finishing Department Capabilities into achieving our goals.
- Handling all meetings with clients to address their needs & forwarding the cases to head of concerned areas.
- Following up the design stage process of clients through shared automated logs.
- Liaising with head of areas sorting out the complete proposal of finishing.
- Processing all the contractual process with clients.
- Following up with clients the achievements of work scope at site by sending reports including photos in cooperation with concerned parties (area heads).
- Site Visits with clients to get them fully updated (provided fully coordination with area heads).
- Attending the final handing over with clients after finishing all required work requests.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years experience.
- Experience in Sales of Finishing Or Interior Design services is obligatory.
- Car is a Must.
