Job Description

  • Help in implementing the pool generation strategy with the senior level from the TA team to meet future needs.
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new hires (e.g. scheduling of training, preparing necessary paperwork etc.)
  • Organizing referral processes, such as managing bonus requests and asking for referrals.
  • Source, Screen, Filter, Interview, offer for the Junior and Senior roles.
  • Act as a member in the internship project with coordination and implement required actions till the delivery and on-boarding of the interns with the help of senior TA members.
  • Coordinate with the People Operations Team for updates about the current workforce status and update them with the new hires.
  • Ensure that we use the best means of ATS and utilize using it for perfect reporting output.
  • Announce Jobs on our external career website (Lever) and different external channels.
  • Help the Employer Branding Team on creating the best content delivered on our social media channels for job Ads.
  • Help the Employer Branding Team in Measuring and implementing the candidate experience project and take action that enhances the CX.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.
  • Help in gathering the data needed to keep a consistent reporting about (Hiring, Time to fill, Time to hire, Turnover rate, requisition closing) on a weekly basis

Job Requirements

  • Previous working experience preferably as a Talent Acquisition Role for 2+ years.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human resources or a similar relevant field.
  • Good knowledge of candidates’ selection methods.
  • Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Impactful presentation style.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
  • A positive, “can do” attitude.
