Job Description
- Re-Implement AX software
- Upload new Master Data and Transactions
- Collect new requirements, analyze businesses and execute process workshops.
- Train end users in specific modules of ERP application.

- Solve Frequently Troubleshooting
- Responsible For Answering Requests From Company users related to Dynamics AX For All Departments Including Stores.
- Provide a solutions for company requests.
- Installing and configuring computer systems;
- Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, Oversee daily performance of computer systems.
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults, finding solutions to problems and fixing a major fault on the operating system and replacing parts as required.
- Providing support, including procedural, documentation;
- Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system;
- Running network applications to support systems and users;
- Supporting new applications;
