Job Description
- Manage timelines and deliverables across internal and external teams
- Act as in-house platform expert and escalation point on product and technology issues
- Document best practices and seek out opportunities to improve existing processes
- Assist in the development of new internal products and in the vetting and on-boarding of new third party ad platforms
- Work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure that appropriate work flow
- Coordinate and meet all deliverables accurately and in a timely manner
- Work closely with media teams to resolve reporting and/or billing discrepancies
- Prepare quotations and communicate with the financial team to issue the invoices on monthly basis and collect the payment.
- Follow up with the finance team to collect the due payments.
- Prepare business review on weekly basis to update the team leaders with the current situation.
Job Requirements
- 2 - 4 Years of experience in digital marketing operations.
- Organized, logical and thorough with a high attention to detail
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable working under pressure in a time sensitive environment
- Communicate effectively across all stakeholders, external and internal
- Sociable, confident, enthusiastic, and motivated
