Job Description

  • Setting annual targets and objectives for each product and service and meet theses targets with the team.
  • Create and implement sales and export development and objectives for short and long terms.
  • Setting and discussing the annual budget for the sales and export sector.
  • Create and develop sales and export processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Speaking and representing the group at conferences, events, seminars, and exhibitions.
  • Setting and maintaining the products positioning and pricing strategies to ensure long term market share.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with markets influencers, current and potential customers.
  • Market and sell the products and services in local and global markets.
  • Regular market surveys and SWOT analysis for the group and its competitors.
  • Ensuring the customers satisfaction and increase their products loyalty.
  • Dealing with emergencies and unplanned sales issues.
  • Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions for mega projects.
  • Ensure the Following of filing and archiving system.
  • Support the financial sector to accelerate delivery and enhance the cash flow.
  • Supervise and motivate the sales teams and determining the needed training per each.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering (preferred in Electrical)
  • Diploma in Sales or marketing.
  • Master in business Administration.
  • 15 years of Experience in sales in the same field.
  • At least last 5 years in selling electrical products
  • At least 3 years in Export
  • At least 5 years in an industrial business
