Job Responsibilities:
- Arrange travel for business and vacation customers through calls
- Interact with clients over Phone, Email, social media and Life chat.
- Handle inbound and outbound holidays packages for group and individual.
- Dealing with all hotels booking systems.
- Responsible for reservations and ticketing, Re-validation, Reissue and Refund through Amadeus System
- Following Queue
- Issuing travel insurance
- Closing sales and follow up with clients.
- Provide superior customer service and help the customer to select the right hotel over different travel destinations.
- Handling bookings, invoicing and issuing of vouchers.
- Drawing up complicated & tailored travel itineraries and ensuring that all the needs of the customers are met.
- Making arrangements for Ticket, transportation, accommodation, tours, and activities outbound travel.
- Completion of transactions to be accurate and with no negative financial impact to client or Travijoy. This includes but is not limited to: Agency Debit Memos- (ADM), Net money Remit Errors and Ticketing errors or BSP errors
- Meet sales targets.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Preferred live in Giza or 6th October City
- Amadeus Knowledge is the must
- Proven Min 2-4 years experience in travel industry in a similar position.
- Maximum age is 28 years old.
- Knowledge of key holiday destinations
- independency and ability to handle problems into voice
- Should have experience into Visa's
- Excellent communications & customer service skills which provide solutions and meet clients concerns.
- Foreign language skills
- Ability to work under pressure & Multi-Tasking.
