UI/Visual- Team Leader

Webkeyz is looking for an exceptional Lead Visual Designer to join our

You must be a Lead-level UI/Visual Designer who enjoys transforming concepts into intuitive, stunning designs. You should enjoy leading and nurturing junior designers as well as meeting business needs. In a nutshell, we’re looking for someone who is seeking and can foster, a highly collaborative and creative environment where they can have a real impact.

About the Role

In this position, you will need to:

• Display excellent time management skills and lead design team to complete work by, or before, deadline.
• Work both autonomously and collaboratively to provide design support to the visual team from concept to delivery.
• Manage and mentor junior designers to deliver detailed mockups for weekly sprints
• Translate wireframes and flows into visually stunning interfaces
• Work closely with Product Design, UX, Front-end development, and testing teams
• Engaging with the business development teams/clients to gain a deeper understanding of business problem/goals
• Possess strong infographic design skills and narrative storytelling abilities
• Interact with client product and marketing teams for design briefs and project delivery
• Create marketing collateral, both online and in print, with special emphasis on innovative presentation experiences
• Engage with stakeholders and intelligently integrate findings into designs as needed
