Job Description
- Manage sourcing of all indirect materials.
- Manage supplier orders " on-time delivery, agreement on costs ".
- Preparing the monthly distribution schedule for the suppliers.
- Create purchase orders within the established timeline and provide purchase order details to the vendor as required.
- Negotiate with suppliers in the prices of different items and products.
- Prepare monthly assessment of suppliers if necessary.
- Follow-up supply of raw materials with suppliers.
- Follow-up documentation of external shipments with financial department.
- Coordinate with shipping companies to ensure delivery of shipments accurately and on time.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent.
- 2+ years professional experience in Indirect Purchasing.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Involvement in a purchasing related professional organization a plus.
- Must have prior experience with MS Office and Oracle Purchasing.
