- Prepare the monthly calculations to settle down the social insurance dues to avoid any penalties.
- Prepare the form 2 procedures.
- Anticipate the required social insurance annual raise and upload to the system.
- Settle down all the social retirement procedures.
- Insure all the company vehicles as per the official and legal requirements.
- Update the social insurance office with the recent job titles.
- Maintain the personnel filing system.
- Follow up all the labour office legal documents or procedures.
- Maintain the relations with the labor office , social insurance office and the private medical insurance company
