Job Description

  • Prepare the monthly calculations to settle down the social insurance dues to avoid any penalties.
  • Prepare the form 2 procedures.
  • Anticipate the required social insurance annual raise and upload to the system.
  • Settle down all the social retirement procedures.
  • Insure all the company vehicles as per the official and legal requirements.
  • Update the social insurance office with the recent job titles.
  • Maintain the personnel filing system.
  • Follow up all the labour office legal documents or procedures.
  • Maintain the relations with the labor office , social insurance office and the private medical insurance company
