Job Description
- Administer, coordinate and edit marketing collateral
- Create marketing brochures, offerings, proposals consisting of property, personnel, financial and market information using various templates.
- Assist with coordinating marketing campaigns/plans in coordination with sales.
- Maintain property listings on various websites
- Update Brokers’ recent transactions on UAD website and other locations as advised
- Maintain records of correspondence, complete marketing update reports and client activity reports.
- Ensure new mail lists are maintained in central location and shared with other team members
- Create E-Marketing (Email) campaigns / marketing Campaigns online and offline as required and with conjunction with market forecast and action plan agreed from top management
- Communicate timely, market-specific news to Brokers and Broker teams and Sales team
- Prepare Letters of Intent (from templates)
- Manage property assignment listings, marketing content within all social media related campaigns and content seeding
- Maintain current listings, contract records, and transactions in Reapplications (proprietary CRM system) and Excel or any other company approved contact management system.
- Provide other Sales support as required, including covering inquiries online; and answering phones as appropriate in conjunction with sales team
- Be present and coordinate meetings with the team to monitor progress with current projects, business development targets, individual agent responsibilities and review marketing plan checklist for current listing assignments.
- Attend company and team meetings.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate field
- Dealing with communication agencies, Outdoor campaigns, Digital Marketing, Tv, Press and PR firms.
