Job Description

  • Replies to comments, messages, twitter direct messages, mentions in all social media channels.
  • Creating database for each client with the basic info and FAQ
  • Directs fans to suitable content related to their questions and inquiries, even if they don't ask.
  • Redirects potential clients call center or registration page.
  • Provides fans' questions and inquiry report monthly.
  • Proven working experience in social media or related field.
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability

Job Requirements

  • 1 Year Of Experience in IT field is A MUST.
  • Good written communication and presentation skills.(Arabic, English)
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Excellent using MS Office.
