Job Description
- Replies to comments, messages, twitter direct messages, mentions in all social media channels.
- Creating database for each client with the basic info and FAQ
- Directs fans to suitable content related to their questions and inquiries, even if they don't ask.
- Redirects potential clients call center or registration page.
- Provides fans' questions and inquiry report monthly.
- Proven working experience in social media or related field.
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
Job Requirements
- 1 Year Of Experience in IT field is A MUST.
- Good written communication and presentation skills.(Arabic, English)
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Excellent using MS Office.
