Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Office administrators undertake a range of functions to make sure the administration activities within an organization run smoothly.
  • They may be responsible for the management of human resources, accommodation and property facilities and records.
  • These functions can be performed at various levels ranging from junior through to upper management.
  • Receive, direct and reply e-mails, telephone messages and fax messages
  • Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls

Working Conditions:

  • Working Days are from Saturday till Thursday.

Job Requirements

Personal Requirements:

  • Able to supervise others
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Aptitude for working with computers
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Preferred female.

Education:

  • Bachelor Degree.

Computer Skills:

  • Excellent Computer skills
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)

Language Skills:

  • Fluent English is a MUST

Location:

  • Giza residents
