Job brief:
A manufacturing coordinator is responsible for developing production plans as required to achieve the sales plan and service and inventory objectives for all functional areas. A manufacturing coordinator checks quantities, part numbers, part types, etc. for all the components of the kits in the kitting area before sending them on to production. A manufacturing coordinator assists in the development of and monitoring of master production schedules for all products/parts, administering inventory levels within the lean manufacturing environment. A manufacturing coordinator works closely with all functional areas as necessary to ensure that the production plans fulfil customer requirements with the appropriate balance of throughput and inventory requirements. A manufacturing coordinator escalates issues as necessary to ensure that forecasted sales and unit production plans are properly integrated. A manufacturing coordinator ensures that the unit production plan and the master production schedule remain clearly defined within the approved planning levels. A manufacturing coordinator applies and monitors approved safety stock levels and develop and coordinates the production plans associated with roll-out programs. A manufacturing coordinator maintains and distributes a daily material shortage list to the production, planning, procurement, and store departments..
Responsibilities:
- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate between the account managers And the manufacturer
- Organize work-flow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Submit reports on performance and progress
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
Job Requirements
- 5 years of work experience as manufacturing coordinator or similar role
- Bachelor degree
- Have his own Car
- Advanced skills in MS Office
- Organized and Attention to details
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Problem-solving skills
