Job Description
- Manage sales operations in assigned district to achieve revenue goals.
- Manage sales team members on daily basis & provide guidance whenever needed.
- Work with the sales team leaders to implement new sales techniques to achieve profit.
- Identify, qualify, new customer sales opportunities to generate sales revenues that meet & exceed assigned goals.
- Manage the needed reports to the Commercial director.
- Plan, and develop new sales strategies.
- Updating management on the status of all prospects.
- Develop and implement the strategic plan for the area which was developed with sales director.
- Selling full portfolio of PROGATE products & searching for new clients.
- Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads & prospect.
- Review, evaluate & adjust sales procedures and way to achieve best sales results.
- Representing the organization at exhibitions, and events.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline
- 10 – 12 years of experience in the same position.
- Strong proven experience in Real estate.
- Advanced Sales diploma is preferred
