Job Description
- Communicating with suppliers, problem solving, connecting info between suppliers and the other local departments.
- Handling Import shipments with freight forwarders and shipping lines and local transportation with tracking contractors.
- Preparing all documents and files needed for clearance and delivery.
- Maintains accurate records for all shipments/orders and prepares all required reports.
- Ensuring all payments made in time and following up receipts.
- Coordinate with the Accounting Department in handling payment issues, ensuring payment on time to avoid delays and further costs.
- Comparing the current purchasing prices of a brand with the purchasing prices of other alternative brands.
- Evaluate various documents and commercial invoices and ensure compliance to all federal regulations for same and prepare documents for all shipment and obtain required approval.
Job Requirements
- University degree (Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent).
- Very Good command of English language.
- Experience: 3:5 in this field
