- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
- Create recurrent reports with sales and financial data
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences if needed
- Negotiate and close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with marketing team to achieve better results on the digital spectrum
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years B2B or digital agency sales experience.
- English Language is a must.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Strong relationship building, communication, and analytical skills.
- Solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Have good presentation skills.
