Job Description
- Comprehend and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in creative projects and oversee them to completion
- Collaborate with account executives to satisfy the requirements of the clients.
- Lead and motivate teams of graphic designers and copywriters to help them use their talents effectively
- Lead brainstorming sessions and focus groups to generate ideas for clients
- Collaborate with copywriters to craft effective copy that meets the requirements of campaigns.
- Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas and provide feedback to the team
- Train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing and advertising fields.
- Genuine Portfolio is a must.
- Knowledge with concept-based design, wireframes, prototypes, and style guides
- Designing Experience with Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and other Adobe software
- Very Good command in English.
- Flexible to learn new for what related to design trends.
- Professional knowledge of layout, colors, typography.
- Ability to interpret client’s requirements and cooperate with account executives.
