Job Description
- Mainly working on one to one basis on a variety of tasks related to the executive management of the company.
- Assist the executive administrator in all the admin.
- Work related to scheduling appointments, maintaining specific queries and follow ups of actions and requirements, reports and paper work
- Acts as focal point between executives and the internal and external clients when needed.
- Handles the administrations of our French speaking offices and support in all related requirements to them.
Job Requirements
- Bsc. in Business administration or any equivalent to it
- 1-3 years of working experience in a similar position
- Accounting background is an asset
- Fluency in spoken and written French and Arabic
- High Organizational and communication skills
- High attention to details
